Maine Farmland Trust is a statewide nonprofit organization working to protect farmland, support farmers, and advance the future of farming in Maine. This work is driven by more than 5,000 members who are committed to Maine agriculture. To learn more about MFT’s programs, visit mainefarmlandtrust.org

Penobscot East Resource Center is a nonprofit organization that works to secure a diversified fishing future for the communities of Eastern Maine and beyond. We do this by developing and implementing innovative programs that provide value for today’s fishermen and drive more sustainable management approaches for future fisheries. An essential component of our work is connecting the knowledge of fishermen, the findings of scientists, and the world of policy makers. To learn more about PERC’s work, visit penobscoteast.org
