It's a long-established practice to tackle haying when the weather is hot - not just
a little hot - but downright uncomfortable hot. Sunday, July 1, 2012, proved to be "one of those haying days" so the photos that appear on this webpage provide the viewer with an idea of what Bill and Anna were doing from early morning late into the evening. There are no photos from the 5 a.m. "rise and shine" part of their day nor are the post-haying hours documented, but it can be stated with certainty that Bill and Anna had not stopped moving during those time stretches, as well!
