The sale will not be open to visitors until 10 a.m. Hand sanitizer will be available for use upon entering the sale. We appreciate the willingness of visitors to help keep all of us safe in this challenging time of the corona virus.
Signed new copies of the Unique Maine Farms’ book written by greenhouse owner, Mary Quinn Doyle, will also be available.
Over 120 varieties of potted perennials and herbs in 4-inch pots will be available for sale for $4.25 each. Prices for the many additional varieties sold in larger pots will be posted.
Proceeds from the sale of the plants and books will help support the volunteer Unique Maine Farms’ project with their future goal of establishing a Rural Maine World Cultural Center.
There are no bathroom facilities onsite and the only accepted forms of payment are cash or personal checks.
Visitors interested in checking out the plants during this ongoing plant sale on a day other than Maine Open Farm Day after the Maine Open Farm Day sale on July 24, 2022 must contact Mary Quinn Doyle at mqdoyle@gmail.com to make an appointment as we do not have regular hours. Thanks!
On Sunday, July 24, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in celebration of the 2022 Maine Open Farm Day, the Doyles will be welcoming visitors for a Perennial and Herb Sale in the field on their farm at 515 Garland Road in West Newfield, Maine.
